Terms of Service

Welcome to The Bleach Boys!
We aim to make cleaning simple, honest, and stress-free. These Terms outline how our bookings, payments, and responsibilities work so everyone’s on the same page.
By booking with us (online, by phone, or by message), you agree to these terms.
Bookings
- Website bookings are requests only until confirmed by us.
- Phone/message bookings may be confirmed instantly.
- Preferred times are subject to availability.
- Clients must provide accurate property information.
Payments
- Payment is due within 7 days of completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fixed pricing applies based on the selected service package or agreed written quote.
- Any additional services or changes to scope requested on the day may incur additional charges.
- Card, cash, and bank transfer are accepted payment methods.
- A $50 rush fee applies to bookings made within 12 hours’ notice.
Cancellations
- Changes allowed with notice.
- $20 cancellation fee if cancelled within 12 hours.
- Rescheduled bookings cancelled within 12 hours also incur fee.
Service Area
Our standard service area is listed on the services page.
Jobs outside this area incur a $20 out-of-area fee.
Entry & Access
- Clear entry instructions required if not home.
- $50 call-out fee if access not possible.
- We lock up unless instructed otherwise.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.
We will review and rectify reasonable concerns at no additional cost.
End of Lease Conditions
Guarantee does not apply where property condition matches original ingoing condition report.
Additional attendance may incur 50% of original quoted price.
Insurance & Liability
We are:
- Fully insured.
- Not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed issues.
- Not responsible for fragile or improperly secured items.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
