What’s Included?

• Kitchen Surfaces – Stovetops, splashbacks, benchtops and tabletops are cleaned using suitable cleaning products.
• Floors – Vacuumed and mopped throughout the property.
• Cupboard Fronts – Wiped clean to remove fingerprints, smudges and light marks.
• Bathrooms – Toilets, showers, baths, vanities, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and sanitised.
• General Waste Removal – Interior bins emptied into exterior bins. If collection day falls on your service, bins can be placed on the kerb.
• Dishes – Washed, dried and put away.
  If an excessive quantity of dishes has been left requiring significant additional time, dishwashing beyond the standard turnover clean will be charged at $60 per hour.
• Linen Changeover – Used linen removed and prepared for your nominated commercial laundry service. Fresh linen fitted upon return or if supplied onsite.
  Commercial laundry fees are charged by your nominated laundry provider and are not included in the cleaning service price.
• Bed Making – Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen.
• Whitegoods – Fridge, microwave and other supplied appliances wiped clean and checked for guest readiness.
• Restocked Essentials (if supplied) – Toiletries, tea, coffee and other guest consumables replenished.
• Visual Damage Check – Any noticeable damage or maintenance concerns photographed and reported after the clean.
• Guest Presentation – Cushions arranged, towels folded and the property presented to create a welcoming first impression.
• Final Presentation – Property checked to ensure it is clean, tidy and ready for arriving guests.
