Do I need to be home during the clean?

As long as we can get in (e.g. via a spare key, combo lock, or an unlocked door), we’re good to go. We’ll clean, lock up, and leave everything sparkling for your return.

If your place requires a key card or security access, just let us know ahead of time!

How do I know what condition suits my property?

Most properties fall under Standard Condition. This includes homes with general day-to-day build-up such as dust, light marks, and typical use (e.g. some grease on stovetops or light soap residue in bathrooms).

If there are areas with visible mould, heavier soap scum, staining, or built-up grease that won’t come off with a regular clean, you should select at least a Heavy Clean. This typically applies to properties that haven’t been properly cleaned in over 1 month.

If your property hasn’t been cleaned in a long time (around 12 or more months), you will likely require an Extreme Clean. At this level, build-up is often much heavier and may include thick grime, widespread mould, deep staining, or surface deterioration (such as worn exposed floor inlay).

In some cases, cleaning alone may not fully restore heavily affected areas, and replacement may be a better option.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all our own eco- and hospital-grade products, plus the gear to get it done right.

Are you insured?

Yes, We are fully insured for your peace of mind (and ours too).

How can I pay?

We accept bank transfers, cards, or cash. Payment is due on completion unless we’ve arranged something different.

How do I pay by Bank Transfer?

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back — no stress, no charge.

If it was an end of lease clean and the Real Estate Agency has picked up on something we missed, we will also come back out, free of charge.

We stand by our work and want you to feel good walking in the door.

I need someone to clean today, is that possible?

We will do our best to fit you in, but same-day bookings do come with a $50 rush fee if it’s within 12 hours notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel with more than 12 hours notice: no charge.

Cancel within 12 hours: just a small $20 fee to cover lost time.

We’re always fair and flexible, just keep us in the loop.

What if I'm just outside your service area?

If you are in a surrounding suburb of our service area, there is an additional fee of $20 to cover additional travel expenses, including paid parking areas.
