We recommend booking an Airbnb Deep Clean every 3 months alongside your regular turnover cleans. This helps prevent long-term build-up, protects your property’s presentation, and keeps your guest reviews focused on what matters most—a spotless stay.

What’s Included?

• Detailed Kitchen Clean – Stovetops, splashbacks, benchtops, tabletops, cupboard fronts, cupboards and drawers (interior and exterior), rangehood, oven, fridge, microwave and other supplied appliances are cleaned in detail. Grease and grime are removed from high-touch and hard-to-reach areas where accessible.
• Detailed Bathroom Clean – Toilets, showers, baths, vanities, mirrors and fixtures are cleaned and sanitised. Soap scum, hard water staining and built-up grime are removed where possible.
• Floors – Vacuumed and mopped throughout the property.
• Skirting Boards, Doors & Walls – Skirting boards, doors, door frames, light switches and accessible wall marks are cleaned to remove dust, fingerprints, scuffs and built-up grime.
• Window Sills & Tracks – Vacuumed and cleaned where accessible.
• High Dusting – Ceiling fans, vents, light fittings and other reachable high surfaces dusted.
• Furniture & Décor – Moved where practical to clean underneath and behind accessible items before being returned to their original position.
• General Waste Removal – Interior bins emptied into exterior bins. If your scheduled clean falls on bin collection day, bins can be placed on the kerb.
• Dishes – Washed, dried and put away.
  A reasonable quantity of dishwashing is included. Where an excessive amount of dishes has been left requiring significant additional time, additional dishwashing will be charged at $60.00 per hour.
• Linen Changeover & Bed Making – Used linen removed and prepared for your nominated commercial laundry service. Fresh linen fitted upon return or if supplied onsite, with all beds stripped and remade.
  Commercial laundry fees are charged by your nominated laundry provider and are not included in the cleaning service price.
• Restocking (if supplied) – Toiletries, tea, coffee and other guest consumables replenished.
• Property Condition Report – Any noticeable damage or maintenance concerns photographed and reported following the clean.
• Guest-Ready Presentation – Cushions arranged, towels folded and the property given a final quality check to ensure it is clean, tidy and ready for arriving guests.
