  • Cupboard Fronts & Interiors – sprayed with suitable chemicals and scrubbed clean using appropriate methods
  • Bathrooms – cleaned with suitable chemicals and treated for mould removal where necessary
  • Oven – cleaned with oven cleaner & scrubbed clean (inside and out)
  • Lights – covers sprayed with suitable chemicals and wiped clean
  • Doors – Sprayed with suitable chemicals and spot cleaned
  • Windows – sprayed with suitable chemicals and cleaned including sills and tracks

Condition Key:
Standard: Regular, lived-in condition. Includes general dust, light marks, and typical use build-up.
Heavy: Visible mould, heavier soap scum, built-up grease, stained surfaces, or marks that require more than a standard clean.
Extreme: Heavy mould throughout, deep staining, significant grime build-up, or deterioration such as exposed floor inlay.
Disclaimer: In some cases, full restoration may not be achievable through cleaning alone, and replacement of certain items may be more appropriate. Some contractors may also require cleaning prior to replacement works.
